My nausea was mostly gone by 4 months and right around 5 months I began feeling the baby move more consistently and occasionally can see the movements.

5 months pregnant & ultrasound
Last Tuesday I was exactly 5 months pregnant and had an ultrasound to check out the baby's anatomy. Below is a pic and a few minutes of the ultrasound where you may or may not be able to make anything interesting out.
