We went out to dinner Friday night and IJG sat in his highchair the ENTIRE time. That was a first. He spent his time eating, staring at the people next to us, and playing with the napkin.

3.12.10 or my 28th b-day

IJG woke up early and had been calling for us a while before we went in his room. When we did finally go in, he was STANDING. He wasn't too pleased that pictures were then taken instead of getting him out of the crib. He then started screaming while standing and holding the rail. His mattress has since been lowered 6 inches.



MNP took the afternoon off to hang with IJG and me on my birthday. We went to lunch, had a photo shoot in the front yard, and checked out the children's museum.

sunday

I put IJG down for his morning nap in the usual position (stomach down), which is how he fell asleep. When I went to check on him he was on his back and still deeply asleep. I've never seen him do this and he looked adorable so of course there were many pictures taken.







Then we went to brunch. I brought lunch for IJG also. Since he had done so well with scrambled egg yolk the previous day, I decided to try him with small pieces of watermelon from the brunch. This probably wasn't the best idea, since he promptly choked and vomited on the fruit.



Then we went to a park. Mommy and daddy climbed a big rope pyramid and IJG did well at posing as if he were actually using the slide.
